Epic Help

We encourage staff to use the ServiceNow Epic portal to submit a request or issue. 

Weill Cornell can call (212) 746-4878. 

Columbia can call 5-HELP (from Columbia phones). 

NYP can call 212-746-4357 or 4-HELP (from NYP phones).

An additional option is to email EpicTogetherSupport@nyp.org.


For Patients: If a patient needs technical assistance with the Connect patient portal, they can call 646-962-4200.  Billing or scheduling questions are not supported at that hotline.  It offers technical support of the Connect patient portal, only.


Some pages on EpicTogetherNY.org website may require you to login with your user ID and password.

You will need to select your organization and enter your CWID/Username and password. 

NYP and Regional Hospitals Users: Enter your NYP CWID, password and select NewYork-Presbyterian tab. Your CWID is the first part of your hospital email address. For example, the CWID for a user with the email address jan4321@nyp.org is jan4321. For CWID/Password or any other questions you can contact the Help Desk at 4HELP, 6HELP, or servicedesk@nyp.org.

Columbia Users: Enter your domain (Windows) User ID in the Username field and your PC password in the Password field and select Columbia tab.

Cornell Users: Enter your domain (Windows) User ID in the Username field and your PC password in the Password field and select Weill Cornell Medicine tab
